Overall exceptionally comfortable and terrific hotel

The breakfasts with the world famous cinnamon rolls. The property was in a great location adjacent to restaurants, directions, and stores

Did not have room service one day(Friday) , all other days was fine

The rooms are large and updated, equipped with central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television.

The rooms here are big, clean, and come with a fridge and a jacuzzi tub, with simple yet nice furniture.

The people were friendly, and helpful

After refusing to stay in basement with workers, the only room they had was a handicap room on the second floor. I do not like being next to the elevators. Was not the best experience, but not the worse.

Room was very comfortable and check-in staff was very nice.

No gluten free item for breakfast even though I made a request prior.

This hotel is conveniently located for a night visiting a work project, Kennywood, and a Pirates game.

Would have liked a small frig In the room for my meds. I did not ask for one and should have, I'm sure they would have brought it to the room. Look forward to our next stay with you.

We had a suite on the 4th floor and it was an exceptional value for the price

the logistics of getting out of the parking lot on to the main road leaves something to be desired but no big deal

the hotel exceeded my expectations during our Taylor Swift celebrations. The friendly staff, clean and spacious room, and delicious breakfast made our stay perfect. 10/10 experience!

Breakfast was awesome.

The tub faucet wasn't attached to the wall properly. The air conditioning unit was installed for the last night. The first 2 nights were too warm to sleep. We borrowed a fan from somebody we were visiting so we could sleep better the second night.

Breakfast was good. The staff tried to be helpfully. They finally got me in to a room after 3 tries.

No refrigerator and microwave in room. Took an hour to get me in a room. The room that was designated as a smoking room smelt so bad even a smoker would have a problem staying in it.

You get a lot of breakfast options here and the location is wonderful and cozy in the evenings.

Everything was brand-new, favourable location short walk to stores, heels property, and Kennywood and then a Pirates game, very nice experience. The rooms were well furnished and newly decorated with a fridge and a king bed, for instance, the breakfast was free. Had clean amenities.

The property is wonderful and perfectly clean, offering excellent service and value. The rooms come equipped with a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and a seating area, along with a comfy bed. The staff is attentive and efficient. The hotel's location is decent, especially in the evenings, and it is close to the local Allegheny County airport, as well as restaurants and other businesses.
